You should write your comments in the language of the article or in english, not obeying this results in the removal of the comment
Who owns the copyright for my work?
The work is owned only by it's respective author. (S)He can choose to do whatever (s)he wants with it
Do I receive anything for my work?
Unfortunately we can't compensate you for your hard work with anything other than audience and praises.
